Purpose
Enhances company executives' effectiveness by providing information management support, anticipating needs, and representing the executive to others. Acts as a key resource in interacting with and arranging Board of Director and other executive meetings, travel, communication, time management, etc.
Responsibilities
- Creates reports and presentations of high quality for internal and external information / communication
- Drives corporate cyclical processes throughout the organization
- Participates and interacts with Executive Leadership, Board of Directors, and Strategic Partners in making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, following up on requests and general communication
- Responsible for developing recommendations of executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and document; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications
- Manages executives' calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel; keeps executives on schedule as per diary / calendar
- Represents the company and executives when welcoming guests, customers, licensees, and Board members by greeting them, in person and by phone, answering or directing inquiries
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Responsible for projects as assigned by executives and coordinates support with other administrative assistants as needed, following up on results
- Reviews operating practices and implement improvements as necessary
- Reviews, recommends, and resolves customer inquiries and complaints
- Performs other duties as assigned
