POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a talented business operations professional to help us achieve the next level of scale and impact.The Project Leader - Business Operations will lead initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive fundraising efforts. This role will work closely with various departments to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and secure funding to support the organization's mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead business operations projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Business Operations.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding partners.
- Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials.
- Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
- Track and report on fundraising performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in business analysis, process improvement methodologies, and fundraising.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
