What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative - Hybrid position at SaveOnSP, LLC?
SaveOnSP is a leading benefit administrator of specialty medication pharmaceuticals. Our mission is to provide excellent service to our members and help them save money on their prescriptions.
We are looking for dedicated, caring, hard-working individuals to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is receiving inbound phone calls and helping our members enroll into copay assistance programs. Comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time position with benefits and requires initial training in our office for 8 weeks. After the training period you may work hybrid or remote but requires quarterly in-house training.
Must be available to work shifts within the hours below and 2 closing shifts until 9pm.
Mondays - Thursdays 8:00am - 9:00pm
Fridays 10:30am - 7:00pm
This is a hybrid position with a primarily remote schedule with up to 8 weeks of in-office training!
Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Enroll qualifying members into appropriate manufacturer copay assistance programs.
- Provide member support and answer questions regarding insurance benefit information and the copay assistance program.
- Provide resolution to inquiries from members or customer
- Create and maintain accurate customer records
- Contact members to obtain updated information and verify accuracy of information in the system.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bilingual applicants a plus
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers or members.
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time - Remote
Salary: $18.00 - $19.00/Hour - Opportunity for another pay increase in 90 days depending on performance. Also eligible for a quarterly bonus program based on performance.
