About the Job :
As a BigR.io PM / BA you will be the vital link between our engineering team and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital health software development from the ground up and a passion for fast-moving environments.
REQUIREMENTS :
New Process Requirements Gathering, Documentation, and Communication :
Work closely and collaborate with team members.
High technical acumen able to communicate non-technical requirements to technical staff.
Schedules and Facilitates cross-team process discussions.
Build stories in partnership with client product teams.
Documents and communicates process flows to team members.
Translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Primary point of contact for developers regarding requirements / design clarifications.
Jira Tasks :
Skilled in working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Manages the product backlog and actively refines tasks as needed.
Develop exit criteria for items.
Team Work :
Communicate roadblocks back to the team
Work closely with the communication team on the content needed for shareouts
Good cultural fit
Strong written and oral communication skills
PM Responsibilities :
Schedule, coordinate, and manage all internal project tasks and milestones of assigned projects.
Organize action plans and track task completion. Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Develop and track plans for multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Tracking costs against budget projections to measure project efficiency
Providing clear, concise status reporting for technical and executive leadership
Minimum Job Qualifications :
3-5 years relevant experience required.
3 years working in the digital healthcare space.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Proven skills in working with multi-faceted teams and multi-faceted people
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of priorities
Experience working with Engineering, Hosting, and other internal technical teams
