Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide business development, operational & administrative support to commercial real estate brokers in the Savills Texas region (primarily Houston)
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including the creation of surveys and client deliverables, and coordinating tours
  • Support transaction life cycle by preparing and distributing contracts and other transaction-related documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transaction-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files and assist with the preparation of reports
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support commercial real estate transactions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support brand awareness campaigns and other key initiatives in the region
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle phone and email communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members as this role is critical to the overall success of the team


Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in supporting teams (operational and/or administrative functions), commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a brokerage firm in Houston is preferred but not required
  • Active Real Estate license in Texas is preferred; opportunity to grow into a production role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in the Houston office Monday through Friday; ability to work remote on occasion is possible if performance stays consistent
