Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide business development, operational & administrative support to commercial real estate brokers in the Savills Texas region (primarily Houston)
- Assist with marketing efforts, including the creation of surveys and client deliverables, and coordinating tours
- Support transaction life cycle by preparing and distributing contracts and other transaction-related documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transaction-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files and assist with the preparation of reports
- Conduct market research and analysis to support commercial real estate transactions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support brand awareness campaigns and other key initiatives in the region
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle phone and email communications
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members as this role is critical to the overall success of the team
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in supporting teams (operational and/or administrative functions), commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a brokerage firm in Houston is preferred but not required
- Active Real Estate license in Texas is preferred; opportunity to grow into a production role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in the Houston office Monday through Friday; ability to work remote on occasion is possible if performance stays consistent
