Savills is seeking an enthusiastic & growth-minded Business Development Specialist to work closely with our team of experienced senior brokers. This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a “high risk, high reward” type of environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
- Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking.
- Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
- Provides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clients
- Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset

- Excellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needs

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of business development/outbound sales experience
- Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
- Bachelor's degree
