Savills is seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to create welcoming and high-quality experience for our studio visitors, enhancing employee recruitment, retention and the overall Savills brand experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Events
- Maintain visitor log, warmly greet guests and facilitate Open Path access as needed.
- Coordinate studio events, including guest speakers, team lunches and cultural activities.
- Arrange catering and order meals for bi-weekly team meetings and other office events.
Office Maintenance
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, including snacks, beverages, and printer supplies.
- Oversee shipments, ensuring timely handling and distribution.
- Manage landlord service requests and overseeing building maintenance.
- Act as the primary contact for the Studio Residency Program, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
Office Cleanliness
- Load and unload the dishwasher to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Regularly clean surfaces, including tables, desks, conference rooms, glass walls, and countertops.
- Ensure coffee stations are stocked and well-maintained.
Brokerage Support
- Prepare tour books and correspondences for Boston brokers.
- Manage all Exact target email marketing campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Administrator or Branch Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate would be filling a "concierge" role and has qualities including the following:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 years of hospitality experience (hotel, restaurant, etc.)
