Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our senior care facility. Duties
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and advocate for the well-being of all residents.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Supervise daily operations within the facility, including staff management and scheduling.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality health care services are provided.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork among staff and enhances resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and implement improvements as needed.
- Engage with families and residents to address concerns and improve community relations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care or home community care settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulatory compliance in a group home or retirement home environment.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- A background in nursing or healthcare administration is advantageous but not required.
