Our Office Administrator performs a variety of clerical office duties and general administration, plus maintains an efficient, organized, and professional office all while promoting our vibrant culture. Attention to detail, strong written and oral skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks is essential. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday and is located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri and will report to our Senior Executive Admin.

Job Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Performing general office duties including mail delivery/UPS/FedEx, maintenance requests, ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Distributing office correspondence daily.
- Book travel for executive level employees as needed.
- Complete expense reports for executive level individuals monthly.
- Assist with the execution of event planning and coordinating meetings throughout the KC office, including room set up, food and beverage ordering and set up etc.
- Must maintain confidentiality on all sensitive matters.
- Maintaining/Revising documents and certifications.
- Assisting other team members and performing other duties as needed.
- 2-5 years of proven work experience as office administrator, executive administrator, or similar role.
- Strong computer skills are required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-office position hours, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional outliers.
- Exemplary planning and organization skills.
- Friendly, warm, and professional attitude and appearance.
- Flexible and Service oriented attitude.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Associates degree or additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
