Top Responsibilities- Design & develop state-of-the-art high-efficiency commissary bakeries.
- Identify, test, and implement cutting-edge commissary and bakery technology
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, culinary, and leadership to align production with demand.
- Implement and monitor SOPs
- Implement hub & spoke delivery logistics.
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and scale output.
- Oversee bakery production, commissary operations, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FDA, local regulations).
- Track and report KPIs (labor %, yield, downtime, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
- 8 years of experience in food manufacturing or commercial baking leadership.
- Located in or weekly travel to St. George, UT for the first 12 months
- Deep knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and production best practices.
- Strong operational and process mindset with ability to scale systems.
- Track record of leading and developing frontline and supervisory teams.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience using KPIs to optimize performance.
