We are searching for a Warehouse Shipping Manager to join our team of innovative and passionate individuals who are powered by their passion for service delivery.

Job Summary

A successful Warehouse Shipping Manager will maintain an accurate inventory while receiving, shipping, and fulfilling shop order. The Warehouse Shipping Manager will support our business success. This role is an integral part of our client-focused business model as clients are the foundation of our business. Qualification, Education, and Experience Requirements:

• 5 Years of Experience in a warehouse setting
• Shipment preparation and scheduling experience
• Ability to use power tools & hand tools
• Lifting items up to 35-lbs
• Forklift Experience
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Proficiency with computer software applications, Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English- speak, write and read. Proficient in Spanish is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• International Shipping Experience
• Experience in an industrial/ manufacturing setting
• Experience in a modern ERP/MRP system
  
  
  

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and communication with carriers
• Recommend and implement warehouse procedures and policies to enhance workflow and productivity
• Responsible for pulling/staging of shop orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Work with Supply Chain team to cycle count inventory as needed
• Energetic, ambitious, and hard working
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
  
  
  

Working Conditions

• Long periods of sitting and/or standing will be required.
• Although this is a full-time, Exempt position (40 hours per week), extended hours and evenings may be required based on client needs. Willing to work overtime when required
