Qualification, Education, and Experience Requirements:
- 5 Years of Experience in a warehouse setting
- Shipment preparation and scheduling experience
- Ability to use power tools & hand tools
- Lifting items up to 35-lbs
- Forklift Experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Proficiency with computer software applications, Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English- speak, write and read. Proficient in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- International Shipping Experience
- Experience in an industrial/ manufacturing setting
- Experience in a modern ERP/MRP system
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and communication with carriers
- Recommend and implement warehouse procedures and policies to enhance workflow and productivity
- Responsible for pulling/staging of shop orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Work with Supply Chain team to cycle count inventory as needed
- Energetic, ambitious, and hard working
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Long periods of sitting and/or standing will be required.
- Although this is a full-time, Exempt position (40 hours per week), extended hours and evenings may be required based on client needs. Willing to work overtime when required
