What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Savvients, Inc?
Job duties for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant are, but not limited to, the followings:
1) Answer office main lines and personal lines
Take/forward messages to the appropriately parties.
2) Greeting and Direct Guests
Arrange necessary refreshments for meeting, visitors, or guests.
3) Mails
Receive & distribute daily mails
a) Date with stamp
b) Sort by parties, and categories.
c) Distribute mails to appropriately parties whoever is in charge.
Send out daily mails
a) U.S. Mail
b)Golden State
c) Fed-Ex
4) Maintain Office Suppliers/Stock
(a) Order office stationery, copy papers and, coffee from Staples or another supplier.
(b) Order cleaning supplies, such like: bathroom suppliers, toilet paper, soap and, paper
towels and napkins.
5) Manage and coordinate third parties’ works on office maintenance agreement/works
(a) Oversee office equipment’s in good condition, such like: copier, printer, air
conditioners, phone system.
(b) Oversee the works of office cleaning crew and window cleaning crew.
(c) Arrange pet control and plumbing as needed.
6) Manage, distribute and, update log of users for office inventory
(a) Cell phone-order, plan update, user list update.
(b) Laptops-order, software update (with IT department), user list update.
(c) Credit card/gas card-distribute and user list update.
7) Assist general administration takes per project request.
8) Additional assigned may request per supervisor’s direction.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
