Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, coordinating ongoing tasks, and keeping staff informed of all elements with operation.
- Perform all tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records, and files.
- Provide clerical support including filing, preparing correspondence, and managing multipule elemts within the operation.
- Assist with duties as required, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized within the environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or executive assistant role is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office applications is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with calendar management and clerical duties is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
