Job Summary : THE JOB
Live Nation Concerts is seeking a skilled Marketing Director for its destination events, self-produced concert experiences, and boutique festival properties. We produce intimate and exclusive experiences where everyone's a VIP and no detail is overlooked. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently and accurately on multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in event marketing, digital strategy, ad buying, and marketing brand strategy. The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive sales growth and strengthen brand excellence of all event properties.
Responsibilities
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to drive lead generation, increase sales conversion, and uphold the highest standards across all company events.
- Analyze market performance and trends to identify growth opportunities, leveraging research, competitor insights, forecasts, and consumer data to shape strategies that enhance market share and increase sales.
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers and artist partners.
- Develop and refine business-to-business sales materials to fit overall brand image.
- Set clear marketing goals and effectively communicate them within the team and externally.
- Manage marketing department employees and external marketing vendors, ensuring a cohesive approach across all marketing efforts.
- Act as the main point of contact with artist partners on all marketing-related tasks ensuring all event goals are met and expectations exceeded.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing integrated marketing and sales initiatives.
- Create and maintain a cohesive look and feel for each event.
- Lead marketing efforts for event activations, announcements, and on-sales including but not limited to overseeing website build, marketing plans, tracking and communicating key metrics.
- Define and oversee the online presence of the company and all event properties.
- Create and manage approved marketing budget including tracking all associated spending and settlement for all events.
- Work closely with the operations team and individual department heads to ensure all guest-related information is presented properly to the public.
- Collaborate with company and artist PR partners to ensure events are properly represented online, amongst the media, and in all press releases.
- Seek and integrate innovative tools and technologies to elevate marketing efforts and expand the department’s capabilities.
