As a member of the Executive Leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies while leading and developing high-performing teams. As a visionary, we are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of changing marketing dynamics. This position should be performance-driven with extensive experience in building strategy for growth, leveraging a mix of community-led and digital opportunities, and delivering financial results. As an effective communicator and public speaker, you should be board-room ready and able to forecast results and manage marketing investments for profitable sales and customer growth.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, tracking, and reporting KPIs.Stay up to date on the latest technology, best practices, and market opportunities.Play a leading role in creating and managing a plan to create sustainable and profitable growth.Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and improving upon them.Leading a capable marketing department and delegating tasks effectively.Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.Reporting directly to the President of the company and participating on the Executive Leadership Team.Conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and implementing new strategies based on findings.Setting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implementing operational plans to ensure they are achieved.Closely monitoring competitors' successes and failures and learning from them.Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.RequirementsBSc in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.Master's degree may be preferable.Extensive experience in a similar role.Superb marketing and research skills.Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software.Highly observant and analytical.Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Type :
