Job Summary
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between our organization and our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in the database.
- Provide clients with accurate product information and service details.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and communicate them to management.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
