Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Lead to join our team in overseeing manufacturing processes in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a team of production workers in the fabrication and assembly process
• Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and meet quality standards
• Train new employees on using hand tools, power tools, and operating machinery
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Skills
• Experience working in a precious metals manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of mechanical processes and assembly line operations
• Ability to fabricate and assemble components accurately
