Sales

We seek a motivated and results-oriented Doors and Windows Salesperson to join our growing team. As a Salesperson, you will drive sales of our high-quality doors and windows to residential and commercial customers. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert product knowledge to help them find the perfect solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist contractor and retail customers with all aspects of door and window sales. Work effectively with the sales team
• Support general outside sales reps with millwork expertise
• Prepare detailed estimates and place orders with vendors
• Enter window and door orders in various vendor software platforms
• Communicate professionally with customers and vendors in person and by phone, and via email
• Gain and maintain a deep product knowledge of all our products and services

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the doors and windows industry or a related building materials field.
• Strong understanding of door and window products, construction methods, and industry standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.50 - $27.12 per hour
