About Us: The Delta Saloon, a historic and iconic spot in the heart of Virginia City, NV, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Food Server to join our vibrant team. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and rich history, we take pride in offering exceptional service and a unique dining experience to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring customer preferences are met
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
- Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered as requested
- Uphold the Delta Saloon's standards of hospitality and service excellence
- Must be a team player with flexibility to assist other staff members with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a team player
