Janitorial Field Supervisor (Evening)

Pay: Competitive pay starting at $18/hour, with opportunities for growth.
Schedule: Part-time evening position, approximately 6-7 hours per night (5/6 PM - 12 AM), Monday-Friday. Weekend availability as needed.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning teams, conducting quality control checks, and assisting with operational needs at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site visits and quality checks at multiple locations (driving required).
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to support teams.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within budgeted time and supply guidelines.
• Maintain and oversee cleaning equipment for proper operation.
• Uphold all safety policies and actively participate in safety programs.
• Foster a professional image and build positive relationships with clients.
• Support teamwork and collaborate with cleaning crews.
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to management.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites (required).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (janitorial or related field preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting as needed.
