Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practice Educator to support the professional development of our nursing staff. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance clinical competencies and promote high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver orientation programs for new nursing staff.
- Assess learning needs and create individualized training plans.
- Provide ongoing clinical education and skills training.
- Evaluate staff competencies through direct observation and assessments.
- Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for nurses and support staff.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice adoption.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in training delivery.
