Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C., a national insurance coverage law firm with offices in the United States, seeks a highly skilled Insurance Coverage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a paralegal and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are among the elite law firms in the country solely representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Our team advises clients on all aspects of insurance coverage, including policy placements, renewals, drafting policy language, contractual risk transfer, and claims. We also litigate coverage disputes between our clients and insurance carriers.
We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Coverage Specialist responsible for supporting multiple attorneys in our U.S. office. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:
- Providing paralegal support to multiple attorneys
- Managing complex litigation files
- Preparing pleadings and documents
- Overseeing filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
- Managing large amounts of documents and document productions
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in complex litigation, preferably with experience working in multiple jurisdictions. A BA degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is also required.
