Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple attorneys in managing complex litigation files
- Prepare pleadings and other court documents
- Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
- Manage large amounts of documents and document productions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex litigation required
- Multiple jurisdictional experience preferred (New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and/or Connecticut)
- BA degree or paralegal certificate from ABA-approved paralegal program preferred
- Experience working with various aspects of large case litigation
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadline pressure
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
