What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist position at Saxon Aerospace?
Saxon Aerospace is currently searching for Senior Continuous Improvement Specialists to join a growing technology and manufacturing company in Washington state. This position may be onsite or hybrid and requires some travel.
As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will evaluate all continuous improvement activities and implement plans to improve performance and processes. You will assist with the implementation of Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Ensuring process metrics and target performance levels are identified, implemented, and monitored
- Leading project teams toward definition and implementation of new processes and solutions.
- Working with cross-functional team members to collaborate on continuous improvement efforts
- Documenting and reporting team efforts and progress and validating results after project closure
- Solving problems through analysis of issues and evaluation of alternative solutions
Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
Annual Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
Benefits include 3 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, vision and 401k.
