Job Overview:
Randstad Engineering Solutions is expanding its cybersecurity capabilities and is looking for a Cybersecurity TARA Engineer to lead system cybersecurity efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in threat analysis, risk assessments (TARA), and ISO/SAE 21434 compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) for embedded systems.
✅ Develop and maintain ISO/SAE 21434-compliant threat models.
✅ Write and implement cybersecurity requirements and controls for automotive systems.
✅ Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques to enhance system security.
✅ Manage a team, ensuring cybersecurity best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 5 years of team management experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
✔ 5 years of system software engineering experience with hands-on cybersecurity expertise.
✔ Strong background in threat modeling for the automotive industry.
✔ Experience with tools like JIRA, DOORS, and familiarity with embedded software.
✔ Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks in high-pressure environments.
✔ Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
