Job Title: Epic Application Consultant
Location: Remote (Some travel Providence, RI 02906)
Duration: 6 months (Potential for conversion)
Rate: Up to $45hour on w2 max with all inclusive (Candidates with lower rates will be prioritized)
Time Zone: EST business hours
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Epic Application Consultants to support, configure, and optimize Epic modules across clinical and administrative domains. The ideal candidates will hold current Epic certifications and have a strong background in application design, build, troubleshooting, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Epic Configuration & Support: Build, configure, and support the assigned Epic application module.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze clinical and administrative workflows to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues; provide ongoing maintenance and improvements.
- Project Contribution: Participate in or lead projects related to Epic implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- User Training: Provide end-user training, guidance, and go-live support.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification: Current certification in the specific Epic module is required (e.g., Cadence, Prelude, Ambulatory, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years working with Epic systems in a healthcare setting.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Epic system design, build, testing, go-live support, and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
