Seeking an Epic Billing Consultant with hands-on experience in Epic Resolute to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of billing workflows. Must be Epic certified and skilled in revenue cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Epic Resolute Billing
- Support billing workflows, claims, and coding
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution
- Train end users and provide ongoing support
- Analyze billing data for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations
- Collaborate with IT and business teams
Requirements
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification (required)
- 6 years in healthcare revenue cycle/billing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Epic system build, support, and optimization
