What Will You Do?
Uphold and continually improve corporate IT Quality Assurance and Testing / Engineering standards and processes
Write and execute automated test scripts as an embedded team member of a product team
Conduct code reviews of test automation code
Report QA automation metrics and testing statuses to the project team
Identify, document, and act on issues found during automated testing
Coordinate and escalate issues that arise during the testing phases
Assist in deployment verification of applications or customer deliverables
Work closely with QA Analysts (Level 2 or 3) and QA Supervisor on prioritization of tasks
Ensure quality and on-time delivery in all assigned work
Be proactive and have a go-getter mindset
Proliferate the quality engineering practices throughout the product / project team
Collaborate with Senior Quality Assurance Analysts or Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to execute tests of business applications, online applications, document processing capability, and reporting deliverables
Willingness to learn and help others on the job
Adhere to testing practices and processes set in place
What Experience Should You Have?
Experience with Integrations
Test Automation or software development / coding background in .NET, Selenium, Java, or similar coding language
One to Three years of experience in Functional Testing on a project team in a large complex environment.
Three to Five years of experience in Automated Testing using a development framework
One to Two years of experience in maintaining an automation framework (hub, node, agents)
Understanding of automated test frameworks
Understanding of Selenium WebDriver and Selenium best practices
Understanding the CRUD process of test scripting
Understanding of the BDT approach
Understanding of API Testing
Understanding of RESTful Web principles
Understanding of Selenium WebDriver written in either .NET or Java.
Understanding and working knowledge of the different types of testing (functional, system, integration, etc....)
Understanding of the SDLC
This is a highly technical role. An ideal candidate would have Developer or Engineering experience.

Manually execute automated test cases to ensure functionality
Work with Quality Engineers and QA Architect in project implementations of the automated testing framework.
Participates in in code review of unit tests and ensures correct implementation of automation framework
Participate on agile team as QA member
Review requirements and clarify requirements
Authors automated test cases
Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue / defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go / no go recommendation.
Generate test data for short and long term application needs.
Understands, follows, and help improve all applicable SDLC and testing processes and collaborate with product team
What Experience Should You Have?
Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience
Automated testing experience using a development framework
Test Automation or software development / coding background in C#, .NET, Selenium, Java, or similar coding language required
Experience with black or gray box testing
Basic understating of functional testing
Collaborates with the Business Analyst and QE team members to review and clarify project scope and requirements
Identify and document issues found during automated execution
Basic understanding of .NET Core or Java
Understanding of Selenium WebDriver and Selenium best practices
Experience with integration testing and data validation
Basic Understanding of Git and code repository / versioning
