Project Overview : Assist with ITSM Change and Release Management Product Owners in the development, adoption and adherence to the Enterprise Release Management process.
Contractor's Role : The Release Manager works with the ITSM Change and Release Product Owners and Change Owners to ensure Change and Releases are properly documented in ServiceNow. Release Manager will assist in oversight of the Enterprise Release Management process, documenting and communicating updates to the process.
Qualifications (Must Have's) :
- This person must have strong organization skills, ability to communicate and manage tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for variety of audiences (developers, infrastructure engineering, management, project managers, etc)
- Technical experience with infrastructure
- Proven release management experience
- Understanding of development lifecycle process and ITSM Change process
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Self-Starter, Motivated
- Process focused
