Role Overview:
Acrisure seeks a ServiceNow Manager to lead and drive the ServiceNow team. The role will focus on standardizing their highly customized ServiceNow environment, improving integrations, and leading a team of 6-7 people (half onshore, half offshore).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide day-to-day ServiceNow operations, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
- Manage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITAM, while preparing for future GRC launches.
- Lead the team in managing upgrades, integrations (e.g., Workday, Visual Lease), and optimizing workflows.
- Ensure high-quality system performance and execute upgrades, testing, and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and prioritize the product backlog and define business requirements.
- Provide leadership to both onshore and offshore teams, with a focus on process improvements and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a cross-functional team.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and standardization efforts.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and/or Developer.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- High-level architecture experience to review and simplify team’s work.
- Familiarity with SQL, CMDB, and Workflows within ServiceNow.
