- Assists in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOP), governance policies, and guidelines for new or existing procedures.
- Assists in the creation and writing of contract request documents.
- Assists in the external communications with regards to data privacy and records management.
- Develops curriculum, instructional methods, training aids, manuals, tutorials, publications and other materials specifically for staff and customers.
