Requirements :
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio (2 years);
- Experience with user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.Preferred :
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience as a business analyst or process analyst.
- Experience with Figma.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
- Synthesize quick mock-ups for A / B testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals.
- Create design artifacts in Figma and share with stakeholders.
