Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team for the night shift.
- The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role and must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
- This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, effective communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all support requests.
- Monitor systems and perform basic maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in technical support or a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Must be currently located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Preferred Qualifications:
