Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with technology and business teams to develop and implement process optimization solutions that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop effective solutions
- Design and implement process mapping, mining, and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Provide facilitation and consulting support to teams to drive efficiency goals
- Work with other team members to deliver Marquee engagements and manage process optimization tool governance and architecture
Required Skills:
- 10 years of professional experience in banking and financial services
- Strong understanding of process improvement capabilities and framework (process mapping, mining, Intelligent document processing, workflow, RPA, design thinking, etc.)
- Evidence of participation in change management and continuous development projects within a complex global organization
- Strong business analysis and business process management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders across the firm
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholder groups to enable decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
