As a key member of our harvest crew, you will be responsible for assisting with vinification tasks during the harvest season. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the harvesting of grapes
- Participate in crush operations including de-stemming, crushing, and fermentation
- Help maintain a clean and organized cellar environment
- Assist with cellar operations including racking, pumping, and bottling
- Perform other duties as assigned by winemaker
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a winery or cellar environment
- Availability to work extended hours during harvest season
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
