What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk position at Say-Core Inc?
- Quickbooks experience very helpful. Data entry, Entering accounts payable invoices, issuing purchase orders, matching invoices and packing slips/certs and purchase orders. updating and creating Excel spreadsheets.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries.
- Copying, scanning, as well as updating and maintaining existing filing system.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if and when required.
- Looking for full time, but can be flexible with hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
