What You’ll Do:
- Drive excellence by implementing and standardizing quality control, production, and customer service processes
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards
- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive action plans
- Partner with production and engineering teams to streamline operations and boost efficiency
- Mentor and lead a quality team committed to accountability and continuous learning
- Interpret blueprints, train others in blueprint reading, and manage measurement and tolerance checks
What You Bring:
- 4 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit procedures
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire others
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, measurement analysis, and problem-solving
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
