Now hiring for our part-time secretary position! We are looking for an eager, flexible and outgoing individual to join our team to assist with secretarial positions.
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and other materials
- Provide general office support, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Required Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients
- Previous experience as a secretary is preferred but not required
This is a part-time position that starts at $16/hr. We have two different shifts during the week; AM Shift (8:30am-2:30pm) and PM shift (2:30pm-6:00pm). Saturdays are also a must, we are open (8:00am-3:00pm) and alternate the weekend shift.
YOU MUST DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR, MUST NOT BE A STUDENT THAT GOES AWAY TO SCHOOL (this is not a summer job, we need someone in the fall and spring!), AND NO USING CELL PHONE WHILE WORKING.
