We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Our center is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we need an experienced LPN who can provide top-notch care to our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit residents.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome, providing resident and family education, communication with physicians, NPs, families and other healthcare professionals, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
