What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and communications
- Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting HR or finance tasks
- Keep internal systems updated and help streamline processes for maximum efficiency
