Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in booking resort accommodations tailored to their needs and preferences
• Recommend and sell resort packages, including all-inclusive stays, luxury retreats, and adventure resorts
• Manage reservation details, including special requests, upgrades, and travel modifications
• Stay informed on the latest resort promotions, packages, and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any booking concerns
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, and networking strategies
• Work directly with top resort brands to ensure competitive pricing and exclusive client perks
  
  

Sales Responsibility:

This role requires selling and promoting resort accommodations. You’ll actively assist clients in selecting the best resort options while earning commissions on successful bookings.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings
• Passion for travel and hospitality, with a desire to help clients plan memorable experiences
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional client relationships
• Basic computer and internet skills for booking management
