Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in permit coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of local and state permitting requirements
- Experience with project management software
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scheduling and ensure that all deadlines are met to start projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and home owners to ensure that all requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of all permits and approvals
- Identify and resolve any scheduling or permitting issues that arise
- Manage and collect payment schedules on all the jobs (Accounts Receivables)

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
