We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of SBG Funding. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, capable of effectively managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, impeccable communication abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, maintaining professionalism and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Management and optimization of CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address administrative requirements.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, speeches, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
