SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG), a DSS, Inc. company, offers Systems Engineering, Enterprise Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and IT Governance innovation to Federal and commercial clients nationwide. We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is remote.
OVERVIEW
The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for government clients.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, configure and maintain cloud IaaS (infrastructure as a service)/PaaS (platform as a service) environments
- Establish, configure and maintain physical and virtual networking
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (ex. Terraform)
- Monitor service quality and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal IaaS/PaaS performance
- A bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
- 5-8 years Linux admin experience.
5-7 years AWS admin experience. - U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Army and ASA(ALT)/PEO experience or knowledge is desired.
- Windows administration experience
- Ansible or similar scripting experience (i.e.. python)
- Oracle administration experience
- Momentum technical experience
- Security compliance as it pertains to a government system
