You will work closely with our planning and buying team to optimize inventory distribution, execute transfers and consolidations, and support day-to-day operational functions that keep our business running smoothly.

As the Allocation & Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is strategically distributed across all store locations and eCommerce. This role is a blend of allocation, planning, data entry, and operations, requiring a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized individual. You will work closely with our planning and buying team to optimize inventory distribution, execute transfers and consolidations, and support day-to-day operational functions that keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Allocation & Transfers: Allocate merchandise across our 17 locations and eCommerce platform based on sales trends, store needs, and planning targets.
- Planning Support: Partner with our planner to set inventory targets by store and ensure accurate stock levels through replenishment strategies.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records, input allocation data, and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee product transfers, consolidations, and inventory adjustments to optimize stock distribution.
- Monthly Inventory Management: Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all sales channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with store teams, warehouse operations, and the planning department to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Sales reporting, Deep Dive Analytics, reporting and other projects to push the business forward as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in allocation, planning, operations and inventory management (fashion planning/allocation experience required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast inventory needs and report out on business weekly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
