Premium activewear manufacturer is looking to hire a Director of Sales. This person should have experience selling garments and fabric. Will be based out of NYC 5 days a week.

- Develop and implement strategic sales growth plans for east coast existing customer accounts to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the relevant account management teams to drive revenue growth and wallet expansion from existing customer accounts/white space analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and enhance wallet share through exceptional customer service and engagement.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of sales operations, including sales forecasting, existing customer pipeline management, pricing strategy, and sales administration. Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to streamline sales operations, optimize efficiency, and improve sales performance.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer margin and customer profitability targets.
- Work collaboratively with group design to support additional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, design, product development, sourcing and production, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts and to inform strategy.
- Develop revenue forecasts and sales projections based on market trends, historical data, and customer insights. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship to the relevant account management teams.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
