What You’ll Do
Base Salary of $130k - $160k bonus

What You’ll Do
- Own performance marketing. Manage and scale paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), paid search, and other verticals.
- Email is your playground. Drive lifecycle marketing, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to unlock LTV.
- Relentlessly optimize. You’ll test copy, creative, placements, landing pages, offers, and audiences—then test again.
- Creative strategist. Partner with our in-house team to ensure every ad and email reflects brand and performance best practices.
- AI-native thinker. Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, campaign analysis, customer insights, and personalization.
- Data-first decision-maker. Own dashboards, reporting, and daily performance reviews. Find what works—and scale it.
- Hands-on manager. Roll up your sleeves and execute while also helping guide agency and cross-functional partners.
- Scale what works. Identify winning campaigns, growth levers, and scalable funnels to 2x and 3x the web business.
- 5 years experience in direct-response digital marketing (DTC ecommerce preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling paid media accounts profitably
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo (or equivalent platforms)
- Strong analytics skills; you love ROAS, CAC, CTRs, CPAs, AOVs, and digging into GA4
- Creative chops—you understand what makes thumb-stopping, high-converting creative
- AI-savvy—comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or custom scripts to work smarter and faster
- Bias for action, sense of urgency, high personal accountability
- Ambition—you’re ready to drive impact and take your career to the next level
