- Proven expertise in driving sales, managing operations, and building high-performance teams across diverse retail environments.
- Experience in advanced contemporary and luxury markets; lingerie is preferred but not required
- Deep understanding of clienteling techniques and building long-term, high-value client relationships that drive sustained business growth.
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent, fostering a cohesive, motivated, and knowledgeable sales team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

- Client Relations & Business Development
- Lead, mentor, and empower boutique managers and teams to provide extraordinary client experiences that embody the essence of the brand.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, driving business growth through personalized service, strategic clienteling, and special events.
- Set and drive ambitious clienteling goals across the region, ensuring all teams are equipped with the tools and training to exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement initiatives that increase store traffic, enhance brand presence, and elevate sales performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events and build strategic partnerships with local influencers and key press contacts.
- Store Operations & Leadership
- Oversee the operational performance of all stores in the region, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards of service, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices across all locations, ensuring consistency in the customer experience and store efficiency.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to store teams, ensuring they have the resources to succeed and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Recruit and develop strong, client-focused sales teams, supporting them in their personal growth and success.
- Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Ensure each store's visual presentation aligns with the brand’s luxury aesthetic, creating an inviting and sophisticated shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to execute seasonal merchandising strategies and manage product launches.
- Maintain impeccable standards for cleanliness, organization, and inventory control, ensuring each location feels polished and elevated.
- Reporting & Budget Management
- Manage regional budgets, including timesheets, commissions, and operational expenses, ensuring targets are met.
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for opportunity.
- Oversee product ordering and replenishment, ensuring stores are always stocked with the right products at the right time.
- In-Store Events & Brand Activation
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive in-store events that engage clients and elevate the brand experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align events with seasonal initiatives and brand strategies.
