SCHEDULE: Full Time, 9am-6pm, Monday – Thursday in office, Friday remote
Looking to hire an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant, who will be responsible for preparing for customer meetings with our top retail partners (TJ Maxx, Burlington, Ross, Dillards, Nordstrom, Bealls, Macys Backstage, etc.), writing detailed recaps after buyer meetings including next steps, and entering orders for buyers.
This person would assist our salesman and interact with the sales, design, and sourcing teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay on top of deadlines. Candidate should be detail-oriented, driven, responsible, and have great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Write meeting recaps to summarize market appointments with buyers – capture overall themes of what’s selling vs not, trends, buyer comments on changes for each CAD, and design/sourcing teams follow ups.
- Review opportunities on ways to grow accounts with the sales executive team
- Submit customer buy sheets
- Track vendor purchase orders, run and format ATS to send buyers
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Create and implement tracking systems to manage buyers requests
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
