American Heritage brand is looking for a creative and plugged-in social media associate who will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution and expansion of their social media strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Social Media and PR, this position represents an exciting opportunity to assist in ongoing efforts to attract and engage the next generation of consumers.
Responsibilities :
- Direct content creation as well as content curation and production support.
- Manage content calendars.
- Build influencer lists, developing campaign activations, and developing new content formats and franchises across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
- Assist in calendar and strategy development; maintain social media calendar.
- Present and socialize strategies and calendars to internal and external teams.
- Direct engagement with brand followers and creators across various platforms, including tracking comments and DMs and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Write and / or edit captions.
- Maintain brand’s cultural calendar.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content across all social media platforms with a focus on TikTok and Reels (including text, images, videos, and graphics).
- Support content capture opportunities from IRL events and photo shoots.
- Partner with Sr. Director to build and maintain lists and contact databases (content creators, influencers).
- Identify key influencers in designated verticals for organic and paid programming.
- Manage product seeding and sample pull requests both internally and with agency partner.
- Identify and share relevant social media conversations, industry trends, and opportunities where the brand can play a significant role, demonstrating the brand’s presence to participate in cultural discussions.
- Lead ad hoc reporting for influencer placements and UGC.
- Compile monthly reporting and analytics, partnering with Sr. Director to continually evolve strategy and tactics based on data.
